Primary responsibilities include: 1) Ensuring high-level customer service to all clients, both internal and external, throughout the patient referral process. 2) Receiving, documenting, and communicating time-sensitive clinical data from a multitude of sources. 3) Coordinating complex ground and air transport logistics and internal response teams for medical emergencies.…
