About the role We are hiring a Business Control Manager to join Chime’s Compliance Business Control Management team, with a primary focus on control delivery for Growth Marketing and Chime Enterprise. You will partner with business and control owners to translate agreed risk outcomes into practical controls that provide the right level of risk mitigation while working effectively for the business. You will also help bring Chime’s broader enterprise control environment to light by identifying, validating, and documenting controls that are already operating across the business. Along the way, you’ll have opportunities to contribute to larger Compliance BCM and business efforts based on priorities and capacity.…
