About the role
We are hiring for a Director of Creative Operations and Production to lead how our in-house creative team operates and scales. In this role, you’ll build the systems, processes, and resourcing models that enable our creatives to do their best work—while ensuring we deliver high-quality output efficiently across all marketing channels. You’ll sit at the center of Creative and Marketing, helping us move faster, stay organized, and bring our brand to life in a consistent, impactful way.
The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $201,000.00 and up to $279,000.00. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits.…
