About the role We’re hiring a Regional Physical Security and Safety Operations Lead to help safeguard our people, spaces, and operations every day. individual contributor role with no direct reports , responsible for managing safety and security programs, coordinating vendor services, and driving operational improvements across our offices. You’ll own core physical security functions, including contract guard operations, access control, surveillance systems, and emergency preparedness. You’ll also serve as a calm, decisive resource during critical incidents, coordinating response efforts with internal partners, building management, and emergency services.
