About this role
You’ll be responsible for monitoring the product functionality, investigating bugs, working with the CS team, and setting up queries and ad hoc data analysis whilst working alongside the product, CS, marketing and engineering teams to make sure the users are getting the best experience possible. NB: We are unable to accept applications from those who require sponsorship and those who hold an graduate visa. What you'll do: Action daily operational process controls and alerts. Investigate, help diagnose and resolve issues, collaborating with the wider business. Timely and accurately deliver regular operational tasks and processes.
