About this role

Overview: The Growth Architect is the engine builder for Turfresh . Rather than simply overseein g tasks, you will design, build, and optimize a seamless customer acquisition and retentio n machine. You are responsible for the entire funnel—from the first search impression to th e automated nurture sequence that closes the sale. You don't just manage specialists; yo u orchestrate them to maximize LTV (Lifetime Value) while minimizing CAC (Custome r Acquisition Cost ) ..
