WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR As a Senior Project Manager at Choate Construction, you serve as the administrative and strategic leader responsible for the successful delivery of large, highly complex projects or multiple concurrent projects and teams. This role is intended for seasoned construction professionals with at least 15 years of overall construction experience, including a minimum of 10 years as a Project Manager managing projects of increasing scope and complexity, who are ready to lead at the highest operational level. You bring deep expertise in planning, organizing, contract and subcontract administration, schedule and cost control, and quality oversight, often accomplishing this through the leadership and development of Project Managers, Superintendents, and supporting staff.…
