WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR As the Safety Director for your assigned region, you will serve as a leader, mentor, and advocate for a strong safety culture across all projects. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating safety initiatives, guiding Safety Managers, field Superintendents, project teams, and subcontractor partners to ensure every project is completed safely and successfully. In this role, you will help shape attitudes and behaviors around safety, reinforcing the expectation that every worker returns home safely each day. You will lead the education and training of field personnel, build strong relationships with regulatory agencies such as OSHA, and represent the Company’s commitment to safety excellence.…
