Job Description: Under the leadership of the Diabetes Services Manager and the Diabetes Services Coordinator, the medical technician is responsible for assisting in the treatment of patients by performing the following duties: performs basic administrative, technical and medical supportive services for a Registered Nurse or Nurse Practitioner. The medical technician is responsible for performing varied activities, including office duties, telephone support, patient assistance, scheduling, ordering and completing purchase orders, sorting interoffice and USPS mail, and maintaining office equipment.
