About this role
The Division Order Supervisor role resides in the Land Department / Division Order job family within the Asset management job family group. This is a working supervisor role. The Supervisor leads a team of Division Order Analysts who set up and maintain record ownership for operated and TIK properties in accordance with company policies and legal requirements and may also manage a geographic area directly. The role reviews title, title opinions, agreements, and curative to create ownership decks, and provides leadership, guidance, and technical support to the team. The role reports to the Division Order Manager and is in downtown Houston, Texas. A hybrid work schedule with remote work on Mondays and Fridays as an option.
