JOB SUMMARY:
The Christ Fellowship Kids Dream Team and Midweek Discipleship Coordinator supports the Kids Ministry by ensuring the effective implementation of the volunteer onboarding process and Kids midweek programming at the Christ Fellowship Español Campus.
JOB DUTIES:
Driving the volunteer onboarding process in accordance with Central objectives, procedures, and philosophy, including our SERVE strategy.
Coordinating and helping implement volunteer recruiting training and appreciation strategies and initiatives.
Supporting Area Coordinators as they build their Dream Teams (volunteer teams).…
