Job Details The Patient Transporter is responsible for the safe and timely transportation of patients throughout the hospital using wheelchairs, stretchers, beds, and other transport equipment. This role supports patient care by ensuring excellent customer service, safety, and professionalism. Key Responsibilities Transport patients to and from clinical and patient care areas. Assist staff with patient transfers and positioning. Maintain and care for transport equipment. Respond promptly to transport requests. Follow all safety, infection prevention, and confidentiality guidelines. Attend required training and departmental meetings. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Two years of customer service experience preferred.…
