Job Details The Medical Group of ChristianaCare is looking for a Site Manager to cover Supportive & Palliative Care. The Site Manager will oversee ambulatory practice support staff and ensure compliance with daily workflows and clinic operations. The Site Manager will provide front-line leadership, guidance, and problem-solving, serving as the primary point of accountability when expectations are not met. In this role, The Site Manager will support team members in delivering high-quality patient care. The typical scope includes managing 1–3 clinics with 20 or more caregivers.
