Job Details PRIMARY FUNCTION: The Systems Analyst is responsible for the design, configuration, support, and continuous improvement of Workday Benefits solutions. This role serves as the primary Workday Benefits subject matter expert, partnering with Benefits, Human Resources, Payroll, Finance, and vendors to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions. The analyst supports end-to-end benefits administration including eligibility, enrollment, regulatory compliance, integrations, reporting, and ongoing optimization while ensuring data integrity, operational efficiency, and exceptional user experience.
