About this role

Job Details ChristianaCare's Medical Group is looking to hire a Full-Time Site Manager to support the Primary Care at Aston practice. The Site Manager is responsible for supervising ambulatory practice support caregivers and ensuring that the daily activities and workflows of their clinics and programs are being followed. They will provide front-line direction and problem-solving, serves as the first accountable leader when expectations are not being met, and provides assistance and support to the team to create an environment for caregivers to provide high-quality care to their patients.
