Job Details The Medical Group of ChristianaCare is looking for a Site Manager to cover Primary Care at Lantana Square and Primary Care at Linden Hill. The Site Manager will oversee ambulatory practice support staff and ensure compliance with daily workflows and clinic operations. The Site Manager will provide front-line leadership, guidance, and problem-solving, serving as the primary point of accountability when expectations are not met. In this role, The Site Manager will support team members in delivering high-quality patient care. The typical scope includes managing 1–3 clinics with 20 or more caregivers.
