The Christman Company Job Description: The Christman Company is seeking a temporary Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team for an immediate, short-term assignment up to 12 weeks (approx. through November 2026). This role will provide recruiting support during a team leave and is ideal for an experienced recruiter who enjoys a fast-paced environment, building relationships, and helping teams find great talent. You'll partner with our Talent Acquisition and hiring teams to source, screen, and manage candidates across a variety of positions while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
