About this role

About The Associate Pastor focuses on helping people take their Next Step. They lead CCV Groups, Next Step Center’s & classes (Starting Point, Baptisms, Financial classes, etc.), and assist in Pastoral Care opportunities. They also recruit and train their Group Coaches and Next Step Center Coaches. An Associate Pastor must embody a heart for people and possess the maturity and wisdom to pastorally equip and empower people as they grow in their faith. Essential Job Functions Help people commit to Jesus Christ & your local campus by executing regular Starting Point classes. Champion Starting Point follow-up for your campus, and make sure every person understands their Next Step in their faith journey.…
