About this role

About The Kids Pastor is responsible for building a team that leads and executes CCV Kids ministry by inspiring others to serve in CCV Kids. The Kids Pastor will also focus on recruiting and leading volunteers and connecting with families. Essential Job Functions Build a CCV Kids ministry team Ensure leaders and rooms are set up and ready to serve on the weekends Help ensure the overall operations of the weekend is meeting all expectations Oversee volunteer onboarding and training, including appropriate placement of volunteers Identify people and bring them into the ministry, following all protocol required to ensure safety and appropriate training explained in our on boarding procedure.
