About this role

Job Scope Perform installation, servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Access Control, CCTV, and Alarm Systems. Conduct routine preventive maintenance and system inspections to ensure optimal system performance. Diagnose system faults and carry out repairs or replacement of defective components. Attend to customer service requests and provide onsite technical support. Configure, test, and commission security systems to ensure proper functionality. Prepare service reports and update maintenance records after each service visit. Provide quotations and technical recommendations for repair, replacement, or upgrading works. Coordinate with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely completion of service and project works.…
