Key Responsibilities: • Provide production support expertise for Oracle CPQ Cloud, resolving incidents and service requests in accordance with support SLAs. • Investigate and resolve functional issues related to pricing rules, product configuration, quote templates, and approvals. • Manage and support pricing rules, product models, attributes, constraint rules, and term sets. • Configure CPQ components including BMQL, BML scripts, Commerce, Configuration, and Document Engine • Support approval workflows, negotiation workflows, and pricing approvals within CPQ. • Assist with patching, configuration changes, and releases in non-production and production environments. • Maintain support documentation, knowledge base articles, and runbooks for recurring issues and resolutions.…
