About this role

Job Mission: Finance Analyst drives financial planning, analysis, and reporting across Travel Retail, purchasing plans, and local-market SG&A mainly in Fragrance & Beauty division. Partners with Commercial, Marketing, and Finance teams to improve planning processes, data quality, budget control, and forecasting. Delivers timely reporting, strategic recommendations, and ad hoc analyses—including profitability, ROI, and scenario modeling—to support decision-making, cost efficiency, and sustainable business growth. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end financial management and performance analysis for the Travel Retail business, covering sales, operating expenses, and overall profitability.
