About this role

Contract: Full-time, 18-month fixed-term assignment The opportunity This 18-month assignment is an opportunity to play a central role in advancing the Global Finance Academy at an important point in the evolution of Finance. Working within the Global CFO Office and in close partnership with P&O, Finance leaders, subject matter experts and external partners, you will translate priority capability needs into practical, high-impact learning experiences for our global Finance community. You will lead a portfolio of priority programmes, including Finance AI Training, Fraud Awareness Training and other capability priorities identified by the IFLT for 2027.
