About this role

Your role at @CHANEL: As an HR Analyst, you will play an important role in connecting our people strategy with execution, supporting both Office and Retail teams across Brazil. You will work across Talent Acquisition, People Analytics, HR Operations and People & Culture, partnering with the HR team and different business stakeholders. Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across Office and Retail, from briefing with leaders through offer and onboarding. Conduct active sourcing, market mapping and talent pipeline development.
