Job Purpose: Project Manager, Business Solutions drives business-solution projects and initiatives at market level. The role acts as a key bridge between Market Business Stakeholders, the Market TECH & Digital Solutions team, and Regional TECH & Digital Solutions team. It owns an assigned portfolio of initiatives, ensuring business priorities are understood, appropriately prioritised, and translated into practical solutions aligned with regional and global strategies. The position leads initiatives from business-needs identification through implementation, adoption, benefits realisation, and transition to business-as-usual operations.
