About Reports To: Director, Global Total Rewards Type: Individual contributor This is a remote U.S.-based role, with preference given to candidates located in Eastern (EST) and Central (CST) time zones. About the Role: The Compensation & Benefits Manager, Americas is responsible for the day-to-day administration and delivery of total rewards programs across the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
