Job Summary: The Business Intelligence and Analytics Analyst supports the design, development, testing, and maintenance of operational analytics and reporting solutions. The role works with business stakeholders to understand defined information requirements, analyze data, and deliver accurate reporting and insights using approved business intelligence tools and established methodologies. The analyst will contribute to strategy and transformation initiatives through data analysis, reporting, process documentation, benefit tracking, and the identification of improvement opportunities.
