About this role
As a Dedicated Client Service Partner , you will serve as an extension of the Cigna Account Management team, providing onsite support, benefits education, and issue resolution for employees, HR partners, and client leadership. Through relationship building, advocacy, and problem-solving, you will enhance employee experience and drive client satisfaction. This hybrid role is based in Brooksville, FL , with local travel. What you’ll do: Serve as the primary onsite liaison between Cigna and the client, providing personalized support to employees and HR partners on benefits, healthcare, pharmacy, and wellness programs.
