About this role

Patient Consult Staff Pharmacist This is a remote position. Candidates must reside and be licensed in one of the following states: Arizona, Indiana, Florida, or Ohio and preferably reside within an hour of our local sites. The start date for this position is 11/2/2026. Training period: 8 to 10 weeks. During the training period, the hours will be Monday through Friday 9am - 5:30pm ET. Once training is completed, schedules will be assigned as noted below: Consult: Monday through Friday AZ- 9:30 am - 6 pm (Winter AZ time) and 8:30 am – 5 pm (Summer AZ time) FL- 11:30 am – 8 pm ET OH- 11:30 am – 8 pm ET IN- 11:30 am – 8 pm ET There will also be 1-evening shift per week from 2:30 pm -11 pm ET and a Saturday rotation 10 am - 6:30 pm every 4-weeks.…
