Primary Location Location T Department Endocrinology Shift Day (United States of America) Schedule Full time Weekly Hours 40 FTE 1 Employee Status Regular The Nakamura Laboratory is recruiting a highly motivated Postdoctoral Research Fellow to join a newly funded NIH R01 project examining how obesity-associated metabolic stress alters liver-derived small extracellular vesicles (sEVs) and their RNA cargo, and whether these vesicles reprogram macrophage inflammatory responses and worsen sepsis-related organ injury. This collaborative project spans Endocrinology and Critical Care Medicine and integrates mechanistic and translational research.
