JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Research- Coordinates the conduct of complex clinical research studies. Leads others in performing procedures, collecting and analyzing data and making decisions regarding clinical research care, including initial screening, assessment, diagnosis, care, reassessment and modification of care. Demonstrates awareness of the value and relevance of research and evidence based practice in nursing. Begins to formulate research questions, which can be explored to validate or improve practice.…
