About this role
The role is for the Head of Transfer Agency UK Operations based in Edinburgh. The individual will be responsible for the end to end service delivery from TA for a select number of clients. This will involve the following: Ensure there are KPIs in place with the client which serve as an accurate measure of the TA service delivery and these are adjusted to meet the changing business environment Maintain consistent delivery against these KPIs and work across functions in and outside of TA to address any negative trends timely and effectively Sign off on the TA input to client deliverables such as the Service Pack, Board Report etc.…
