Duties, Functions and Responsibilities: Essential duties and functions, pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act, may include the following. Other related duties may be assigned. Lead and monitor work performed by youth work crews. Insure youth crews perform work in accordance with all safety rules. Provide training and document actions taken for youth work crews. Drive vehicles and insure all vehicles have safety/emergency supplies as required. Mentor, guide, and counsel youth in adapting to a professional work environment.…
