The New York City Department of Youth and Community Development (DYCD) seeks a Finance Operations & Analytics Analyst within the Office of the CFO. Reporting to the Project Manager of Finance Operations & Analytics, this role supports complex, agency-wide research and analytical work that strengthens fiscal operations, procurement performance, compliance monitoring, and financesystem effectiveness across DYCD. Under the direction of the Project Manager, the Analyst will execute analytical studies and operational reviews across multiple fiscal and administrative systems; support the design and maintenance of dashboards, early-warning indicators, and performance metrics; and conduct data validation, discrepancy investigations, and trend analyses to inform decision-making.…
