Performs construction, pipe installation. Performs semiskilled work in maintenance of stormwater curb inlets and baskets in the Stormwater Division. Performs lead and skilled work in the operation of storm inlets and storm baskets; may oversee unskilled employees. Is required to work in adverse weather conditions.
