About this role

Pensum: 100% Das kannst du gestalten Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für den Bau von PV-Anlagen auf Steil- und Flachdächern und montierst diese mit deiner Montagegruppe. Du koordinierst mit Projektleiterinnen und Projektleitern den reibungslosen Montageablauf und hältst Qualitätsstandards ein. Du bist vor Ort die Ansprechperson für Kundschaft, Bauherrschaft und Lieferanten. Du stellst die Einhaltung und das Vorleben der Sicherheitsvorschriften auf der Baustelle sicher. Du unterstützt den Teamleiter bei der Schulung und Weiterentwicklung des Montagepersonals. Das macht dich aus Abgeschlossene handwerkliche oder technische Grundausbildung und Erfahrung in der Montage von Solaranlagen sowie der Koordination von Baustellen.…
