Du führst und entwickelst das regionale Verkaufsteam durch Coaching, Zielvereinbarungen und Leistungsbeurteilungen. Du stellst eine hohe Angebotsqualität und eine professionelle Projektübergabe an die Ausführung sicher. Du kalkulierst Submissionen und grössere Ausschreibungen inklusive Preismodellen, Materialabstimmungen und Rückfragenmanagement.
