As National Property Specialist, You will perform the necessary work to provide liability specification and actual cash value (ACV) appraisals, catastrophe appraisals and appraisals under the Insurance Act, Insurance to Value appraisals. You have a strong understanding of the restoration process and are proficient in the use of Xactimate. You are experienced with building codes and basic electrical and plumbing techniques.…
