Location: Surrey Salary: National - £34,869 - £47,945 per annum London - £37,854 - £52,051 per annum Hours: 36 hours per week Contract Type: Permanent We have an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Surveyor to join our team covering Caterham, East Grinstead and surrounding areas. Reporting to the Neighbourhood Repairs Manager you’ll be responsible for pre/post-inspection and reports for responsive repairs, void works and cyclical repairs, consulting and engaging with customers and leaseholders, and with internal and external stakeholders.
