The Role The Production Manager, Adjustment & Refining is responsible for leading the daily operations of the refining and smelting area, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production processes. This role combines operational leadership with strategic planning, driving productivity, continuous improvement, people development, and compliance with environmental, quality, and safety standards. What You'll Do (Impact Areas) Lead the Refining and Adjustment production area to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
