About this role
We are looking for a Sales Support Associate to join our Sales Support team in Bangalore, Karnataka. This is an amazing opportunity to work on a key role supporting Sales Velocity. The team consists of 10+ members and is reporting to the Manager, Global Sales Support. We have a great skill set in Sales Operations and we would love to speak with you if you have skills in Salesforce adoption, Training and Supporting users globally. About You Must have minimum 1 year experience working in Customer Service environment (CRM Platform/Phone/Email/Chat) or similar role. Must have a knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM system and supporting the Sales Cycle business processes would be an added advantage.
