Fractile was established to solve the structural and cost challenges facing Clark Construction and the broader industry. By integrating advanced technology, process innovation, and offshore talent, we deliver a broad range of services across hundreds of active projects. As the Business Operations Lead, you will be the architect of the internal systems required to manage this high-volume, high-quality output. You will serve as a strategic partner to Clark’s technology arms, the Center of Excellence, and senior leadership. Your mandate is to move Fractile from a high-potential venture into a structured, dominant industry player.
