About this role

Jij geeft richting aan HR binnen Claus Group! Van strategische HR-vraagstukken en verzuim tot arbeidsvoorwaarden en personeelsbeleid. Als HR Manager zorg jij ervoor dat HR binnen onze organisatie goed geregeld is en blijft. Je adviseert de directie en leidinggevenden, houdt overzicht en weet HR-beleid te vertalen naar praktische oplossingen die werken voor onze organisatie. Je hebt een overkoepelende rol binnen Claus Group en bent verantwoordelijk voor HR op al onze locaties en bedrijfsonderdelen: Claus Events, Claus Bowling en Barraca Rodizio Grill & Bar in Hoofddorp en Amsterdam. Dat betekent dat je schakelt tussen verschillende teams, managers en uitdagingen. Je overziet het geheel, signaleert waar kansen liggen en weet wat er nodig is om HR verder te ontwikkelen.…
