Facilities Floor Technician Specialist - We have immediate openings! Training will be provided! This position is available to start right away, with comprehensive on-the-job training included. Job Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to): Regular use of medium to heavy equipment such as floor buffers, carpet cleaner, auto floor scrubbers and other hands on equipment. Tile and Grout cleaning Performing deep clean services Stripping & Refinishing VCT floors to rid of damaged floor finish and reapply Keeping supplies and equipment organized and well stocked.
