About this role
Clear Street Active is a new retail trading product. Equities, options, futures, crypto, prediction markets. We're building it with a small team, and we need a product designer who knows trading well, not just the UX conventions but what traders actually care about and where existing tools fall short. This role owns the core trading surfaces: research, order entry, position management, portfolio. You'll work directly with engineers and PMs, prototype in the real codebase, and be in the room when product decisions get made. What you'll do Own product design across the trading surfaces, from flow-level decisions down to the micro-interactions that matter when someone is mid-trade Prototype in the real codebase using AI tooling.
