Job Summary The HR Business Partner will serve as the strategic people partner for the Clearwater Analytics Noida Centre, working closely with business leaders to drive employee experience, performance, talent, and engagement across the site. Reporting to the APAC HR Leader, this is a senior individual contributor role for a hands-on HRBP who can partner with the business, coach managers, and use people data and AI-led insights to shape decisions.
