About this role
The Role: The FIX Operations position is responsible for the setup of FIX connections for new and existing clients such as Dropcopy Connections, Certification of Broker, Algo Connections, Algo Migrations and Broker Connection Decommissions requests. This position will also provide support for existing clients on issues related to these connections. What You’ll Do: Create and perform training demos for both internal and external parties for OEMS topics and inquiries Communicate with client counterparties and serve as an escalation point as needed Work on projects related to FIX setup for client onboarding Candidates should have hands-on experience with the FIX projects, certifications & migrations Accurately and timely reporting of project status.…
