About this role
The Role: Subject Matter Expert - Implementation will act as a guide and subject matter expert for clients when implementing Clearwater’s PMS (Portfolio Management System). This role will build strong PMS product knowledge, manage a positive relationship with our clients, understand and apply project methodologies and risk management processes, development requirement documents, summarize data, and be the point person for client-facing communication. Responsibilities: Manage new client implementations and serve as the first point of contact for new clients regarding platform customization, Q&A and workflow consulting.
