Clearwater Analytics is looking for a Senior Tax Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Head of Tax, this position will perform a wide variety of tax related duties to help support and execute on all direct and indirect taxes applicable to Clearwater. Responsibilities: Financial Reporting Lead the preparation and primary review of the global tax provision in accordance with ASC 740, including SEC financial statement disclosures and SOX documentation. Clearwater recently completed two major acquisitions and is operating in ≈15 countries. Experience incorporating these elements a plus. Contribute to the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes to reconcile various tax balances and submit/review journal entries as appropriate. Assist in preparing statutory financials.…
