Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries & requests on various topics across P&L NAV calculations, investment accounting, asset classes, and financial markets. Responsible for incoming client inquiries via email and phone calls. Deliver in timely and effective solutions to client problems. Complete operational tasks such as account set up, client lockdowns, compliance, reconciliation validation. Collaborate directly with clients to build valuable relationships and enhance their experience as an ENFN/CWAN user.
